What's Your Hobby?

What do you like to do in your spare time? Yr 9SPAP2 has been learning all about hobbies and here's what some of them have to say about their favourite activity.

This is Saifullah. He is into gaming and plays only when he has spare time. His favourite game is Counterstrike.

Mohammad Arif is a keen footballer and spends his time perfecting his skills to become like his hero, Michael Owen. Manchester is his favourite football team and he hopes to meet Owen one day. In the meantime, Arif continues to play as a striker, scoring goals in his number 7 jersey.

The two girls above spend their free time differently. Norazira prefers jogging around her flat. She thinks jogging is a good way to keep herself healthy. Norazira recommends joggers to wear suitable shoes. Rawiah on the other hand prefers staying indoors. She likes listening to music because she feels it is relaxing. Her favourite artist is Lady Gaga.

Rahman like Arif, is a keen football player and keeps himself busy in his spare time by practicing his skills. He doesn't belong to a team yet. Rahman plays defense in his number 10 jersey and his favourite team is Liverpool.

These three girls also have different hobbies. Mizah likes playing badminton when she's not studying. She plays at home with her sisters. She says she still needs a lot of practice because her sisters always defeat her! Mizah advises readers to buy a racquet  and shuttlecocks if you want to start playing badminton as a hobby. Zidah also likes sports but her favourite is playing netball. She only plays at home with her sisters. Zidah recommends readers to wear sports shoes because netball involves a lot of running. She also recommends readers to wear suitable attire. Zidah says in the game, players cannot carry the ball around and can only hit it with your hands, not your head! Fiqah isn't interested in sports. Like Zawiah, she prefers staying indoors. Fiqah likes surfing the internet and chatting with her friends on e-buddy. She chats with her friends from all over Brunei and she thinks her hobby is fun!
