Would you like to become a magician? Learn a few card tricks and how to make things disappear by reading The Great Book of Magic Tricks. Also learn how to levitate yourself without wires and spook your friends!

Another very interesting book is Ripley's Believe It or Not! 2010 Edition. This book is hard to miss because of its interesting 3D lenticular cover. The book contains amazing details and pictures like the ones below.

Another book you might be interested in is "Incredible Animals". The book contains pictures of animals around the world and some details about what these animals can do.

Another new book under non-fiction is Horrible Geography of the World.
Amazon description: Geography with the gritty bits left in! Inside you'll find out what happens when a volcano turns nasty, whether you'd survive at the frozen poles, how a frog can help you get a drink in the desert. Hold on tight as you embark on a whistle-stop trip around the globe taking in everything from the perishing poles to desperate deserts, stormy weather to earth-shattering earthquakes. Crammed full of far-out facts, it's the ultimate "Horrible Geography" guide to the planet. Geography has never been so horrible.

Are you a big fan of Twilight? In addition to the full set of the series, we also have All Access Totally Unauthorized: The Guys of Twilight. Learn about the male actors of the movie, including Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Cam Gigandet, Peter Facinelli and more. You'll discover what they think about their character and much more by reading their profiles. Plenty of pictures for you to admire.

For lower secondary students and fans of High School Musical, you are in for a treat! The Zac Efron Scrapbook is available in the reading room. Read about how Zac started his career, what his favourite food is, his best subject at school and so on. The book contains many pictures of Efron for you to admire.

Three new fiction books are now available in the reading room. They are the Ghost in the Machine, Oliver Nocturne-The Vampire's Photograph and Oliver Nocturne-Sunlight Slayings.

Amazon description: Strange things are happening in Skeleton Creek...and Ryan and Sarah are trying to find out why. Ryan writes down everything in his journal, and Sarah records everything on her videocam. The two move deeper into the mystery they've uncovered, determined to discover the secrets buried in Skeleton Creek, in the conclusion to Patrick Carman's thrilling series.

In this groundbreaking format, the story is broken into two parts -- Ryan's text in the book, and Sarah's videos on a special website, with links and passwords given throughout the book.

Amazon description: Oliver Nocturne has a fairly typical childhood - for a vampire. But Oliver is different from those around him - his gore-loving vampire schoolmates, his loving vampire parents, and his obnoxious older brother, Bane. That's because, unbeknownst to Oliver, he's a little more human than the rest of them. When Emalie, an artistic and defiant human girl with a troubled past, unknowingly takes a picture of him, its sets them both off on a quest to uncover his true origins and the special purpose the vampire world has in store for him.

Oliver Nocturne finds himself reunited with Emalie's cousin, Dean, who has returned as a zombie. Dean has information on something that is shaking up the vampire community - vampire children are mysteriously being turned to dust. Oliver and Dean reconnect with Emalie, and the three of them set out to solve the mystery and in the process encounter the Fallen Brotherhood, a human group fighting against vampires. And the Brotherhood has some news for Oliver ....

Please take note that you cannot borrow books anymore for this term, however you may still read these books in the reading room. If you still have some borrowed books, please return them as soon as possible.

Thank you.
